Do you need a new Air Conditioning system for your home or office? We are here to help.

There are a few different options to choose from when considering a cooling system. Installing central air conditioning could provide you with the comfort you need throughout your home during the summer heat. We also specialize in the installation of ductless mini-split air conditioning systems. These are also very efficient and quiet.

The "heart" of your central air conditioning system.

  • Located outside of your house and works in conjunction with the coil or air handler which is located inside your house.

  • Made up of a coil, compressor and a fan. Both the compressor and fan can be single speed or multi-speed, depending on efficiency and Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER) that is trying to be reached. The fan removes the heat and humidity that is in the condenser coils, the compressor circulates the refrigerant, or Freon, through the coil and forces the heat outside, and the condenser dissipates the heat that travels from the inside of your home.

  • There are different SEER ratings for condensers, ranging from a government standard of 13 SEER to the highest, 20 SEER. The higher the SEER rating on your condenser, the higher the efficiency is.

The way of the future. High Efficieny rating

  • These systems do not require duct work like traditional central air conditioning systems.

  • These systems not only provide cooling, but most can also be used as a supplementary heating source for spaces in your home.

  • Great for Finished Basements, Bedrooms, Family Rooms, Additions, Office Spaces, etc.

  • Has a built in air filter that can be washed clean.

  • Has a small and fairly silently operating (~52dB) outdoor condenser.

  • These systems are quiet and very energy efficient, with SEER ratings ranging from 13 to 26 (depending upon which brand you choose).

  • Can be used as single zone or multi-zone.

  • Controlled by a digital programmable thermostat.
